Dear friends,
So we finally met for the fourth time. In terms of preparations, it was a bit of a hectic year for us, but in the end I think it was as successful as all the previous ones. Podkrkonoší is not as popular a tourist location as some of its colleagues from previous years, but it offered no less fun routes.
In spite of the fact that this year we placed the rally almost in the center of the Czech Republic, and therefore nobody had it too far, some crews simply had it the furthest.
Of the purely Czech crews, the closest to us were SKLENĚNÉ ESÍČKO (Petrov u Hodonína, 286 km), VLNOVKY (České Budějovice, 233 km) and SRDCAŘI (Vojkovice, 217 km). The crews SAABOR (Dinkelsbuehl, 471 km), MOOSE KICK (Štětín, 456 km) and SAAB ANGELS (Emskirchen, 423 km) drove the farthest to us. This is absolutely incredible! All honor!
We still hold the position of an international gathering and we are rightly proud of it. THOMBOLA, SAABORGHINI, SAABOR, SAAB ANGELS and LUMÍCI arrived from Germany, MOOSE KICK from Poland and crews GIRLS POWER and 96 from Slovakia.
I won’t list what was said this year, you yourself know best what SAAB SPY RALLY 2023 was like for you. I’d rather take a look and invite you to the future. Next year we will celebrate a half-round anniversary, a full 5 years. Definitely don’t miss it. It will be big and loud. 😀
