What is the correct procedure?

You need to register first. Therefore, please fill in the registration form below. Once your registration has been processed, we will contact you to request payment of the registration and stay package. After the payment has been credited to the specified account, the registration will be completed and you will receive its confirmation.

Until the SAAB SPY RALLY itself, we will contact you at least once more, regarding the choice of lunch and dinner.

After sending it, we will get back to you as soon as possible with further information regarding payment and accommodation.

If you agree, we will use your email to keep you informed of news relating exclusively to the Saab SPY Rally 2022.

We would like to inform you that your data will be used exclusively for the purposes of registration and organization of Saab SPY Rally 2025. After its completion, it will be ceremoniously invalidated. 🙂

If you have participated in the SAAB SPY RALLY , we will be very happy if you use the same crew name as we already know you.

If you would like to have your four-legged pet in the room, please write this fact to us in the message for the organizers. The price for a dog in the room is 21 EUR / night.

Due to the hotel’s terms and conditions and personalized souvenirs, cancellation fees are set as follows:

• 1. 6. – 30.6.2025 |cancellation fee of 75% of the amount paid.
• 1. 7. – 29. 8. 2025 | cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid and sending souvenirs to the selected address.
